An heuristic assessment is an expert led website evaluation using a combination of techniques to identify potential areas for improvements and usability issues with the digital experience. We use the Lift Model from Widerfunnel as a useful framework and also an extensive check list which is based upon industry best practice and experience.

      • Distraction
      • Urgency
